Who we help and how

We work where public administration, business and investment meet, so that unmanned technologies deliver real results.

  • Regions

Regional governments, municipalities and development institutions.

UAS programmes to grow regional economies and improve drone adoption rankings.

  • Business

Companies in agribusiness, the energy sector, logistics, construction and industry.

UAS use cases, deployment economics and business planning

  • Investors and UAS manufacturers

Funds, design bureaus and infrastructure operators.

Market analysis and business models, sales and marketing, partnerships

  • UAS operators

Those who provide services with unmanned aircraft

We bring them into regions, provide them with orders and expand their service offering

02

Areas of work

Seven areas — from strategy and economics to operations, training and export.

  1. Strategy and business modelling

Building a stable position in the national drone adoption ranking of Russian regions, UAS development strategies for a region, regional programmes, roadmaps, prioritisation and economic impact models.

  2. Economics and analysis

Audit of regional business processes and UAS application scenarios, business plans and feasibility studies, market assessment, investment analytics. Development of high-ROI UAS centre models and process optimisation for various economic sectors.

  3. Development of UAS application technologies

A full cycle — from concept to operation.

It is not how many drones you have bought or how many hours you have flown that matters — what matters is the industry task they solve and the economic impact they deliver.
  4. Certification and regulation

Certification of operators, aviation training centres and UAS developers. Preparation of documents for public authorities and compliance with regulations. Inclusion of regions in the experimental legal regime (ELR). Drafting legislative changes for UAS flights.

  5. Deployment and integration

Financial modelling of UAS application projects. Selection and integration of services, hardware, AI and digital platforms, design of industry infrastructure, support in selecting contractors, and guidance of pilot projects through to a sustainable model with a deployment schedule and on-site work at the client's facilities. Creation of regional UAS situation centres

  6. Training centres

Assistance in setting up training centres and educational programmes for pilots, instructors, dispatchers and UAS repair engineers, as well as programmes for obtaining temporary external pilot certificates under the ELR. Development of further professional education (DPO) and secondary vocational education (SPO) programmes.

  7. Grants, subsidies and public funding

Preparation of applications for grants, subsidies and public funding. Assistance in preparing the related reporting.

  8. Export potential

Support for entering export markets for clients with successful cases of technology-driven UAS startups.

03
